What does it mean to be homeless in Rotterdam? During this unique city walk, ICF-Noorder Xavier – someone with first-hand experience – will guide you through the city. He shares his personal story and shows what life on the streets is really like. It’s an eye-opening experience that offers a powerful insight into the harsh realities of homelessness.
