Looking for a Young Adults Support/Coordinator

Help shape a space where young adults grow together and draw closer to God.

The Young Adults ministry at ICF-Noord is a vibrant group of young people who meet every two weeks outside of Sunday services. At its heart, this ministry is about building community. We aim to grow as one body, encouraging, strengthening, and lifting one another up in faith and life. From Bible studies and worship nights to game nights, and even a Stromboli cooking workshop— we love to connect, have fun, and deepen our relationship with the Lord.

We, Aaron and Elise, have been joyfully leading the group for 2.5 years, and as the ministry continues to grow, we are looking for a support person/coordinator to come alongside us. The ideal starting point is the upcoming new season (September 2025).

Your Responsibilities
As support/coordinator you’ll help:
●    Plan creative and fun gatherings for connection and growth
●    Facilitate Bible studies and discussions
●    Foster a welcoming and open environment for newcomers
●    Be present, relational, and intentional in building community

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with a heart for young adults and a passion for ministry. Ideally, you:

●    Love God and love people
●    Are a young adult (18–30+)
●    Are active at ICF-Noord
●    Enjoy planning and organising events
●    Are social and open to new people
●    Have a good level of English
●    Optional: are able to lead Bible studies/small groups
●    Are available on Friday and/or Saturday evenings (every two weeks)

Time Investment
1–2 hours per week (excluding activities)

Start Date
September 2025

Interested?
If this speaks to your heart—even if you don’t tick every box—we’d still love to hear from you. Please prayerfully consider the vacancy and if interested; reach out to us at aaroneliseboyle@gmail.com or send us a message. Deadline is June 30th.

Let’s build something beautiful together for the glory of God and the growth of our young adults!
