New-Years-Dive Kralingse Plas

Hi everyone, as mentioned in church today, Missional Community Rubroek has started a WhatsApp group called ICF Moves (health and fitness). The idea is to have a space where we can encourage each other to stay active. Everyone is welcome to join! You can share an activity (walking, swimming, running, etc.) and invite others to join you.

The group is for all fitness levels—whether you’re just starting out or already super active. It’s all about having fun and staying healthy together in 2025!

We’re kicking things off with a New Year’s Dive! A refreshing way to start the year! ☺
